Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on cancelled conference and spouse registrations.
Registration Rebate Offer for DomainSponsor Clients
DomainSponsor is offering DOMAINfest registration rebates of up to $1,095 for qualifying new and existing clients.
- Must generate at least $7,500 in net DomainSponsor revenue between October 1 and December 31, 2009 to qualify.
Registration Rebate Offer Special Notes:
- Rebates will be credited to qualifying DomainSponsor accounts on April 7, 2010. Unfortunately, credit card refunds are not possible.
- DomainSponsor clients must enter their OID and Account Email Address in the respective fields when registering online for DOMAINfest.
- If you don't have a DomainSponsor account yet, please ask to be considered for the DOMAINfest Rebate Offer when creating your account.
- One rebate per client.
- Maximum rebate of $1,095.
- There's still time to move traffic to DomainSponsor in order to qualify for a DOMAINfest Global registration fee rebate. Hurry!
Spouse Registration
On the confirmation webpage after registering for DOMAINfest, you will have an opportunity to submit an online form requesting approval for a spouse registration. Once your request is approved, you will be emailed a link to a webpage where you can pay for your spouse's registration. The rate for a spouse registration is $495 and includes access to meals and parties only. Spouse pass holders will not be admitted to the keynote address, content sessions or structured networking sessions. Spouse registrations are non-refundable. ID required at DOMAINfest to pick-up show badge.
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitution requests will be accepted up until January 21, 2010. Send requests via email to info@domainfest.com. Hotel substitutions will need to be made directly through the hotel.
